Instagram Essentials Workshop

I'm excited to invite you to my first virtual workshop! You can attend the Instagram Essential lecture in person in Toronto or virtually from the comfort of your home. The in-person event includes the live lecture, as well as a practical and content creation portion. So, take your pick and let's learn and create together!

Adventure in the South of France!

Join us for a week-long photo adventure vacation in the South of France! Spend each morning and evening enjoying the finer light of the day photographing 3 models. Spend the high noon lighting part of the day relaxing in the provided accommodations or enjoying the area as you please.

We want people to leave this retreat feeling relaxed and happy with their images. No paparazzi shooting, no rushing, no crammed schedules. Just good people, beautiful locations, and relaxation.

Select one of two available sessions, 9 am to 1 pm or 2 pm to 6 pm Sessions will be hosted by Bethany Didtrek and myself. She is a model & social media expert. You can learn more about her modelling here, and her marketing agency here.

August 22-27, 2024

Day 1: Travel day, airport retrieval, settling into accommodation
Day 2, 3, 4, 5: Shooting for two hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening.
Day 6: Packing up and return to airport.

If you would like to shoot more than what is in the itinerary, the models are available for hire at a discounted rate. This package is designed to allow you to enjoy the location as a vacation with relaxing and autonomous exploring time. Of course, though, if you'd like to shoot more we'd be happy to accommodate.

The Setting

Where you will be staying

Located in a medieval city of France close to the Spanish border. An 8-bedroom retreat featuring multiple private terraces and views of the Cevennes mountains. The house still has old sinks, carved stones, vaulted ceilings and thick walls to attest to its history - some say it was the location of the old Merovingian castle (probably dating back to the VIIth century).

12 rooms (including the 8 bedrooms), 3 living rooms, 2 offices, a full kitchen, 5 bathrooms, 2 BBQs, and 1 indoor fire place + 1 outdoor fireplace.
